Also, copying builds is a great start. Next up, make sure you pay attention in those replays you watch how to react to whatever their opponent is doing/timings of builds.

Yeah really in WC3 the only cheese was HU tower rush or UD ghoul rush..

The biggest thing that kills me about SC2 is not creeping. You just kind of sit there while you scout / expo / macro..

also be prepared for the mass crying vs protoss.

it's meant to hide the fact that roach/hydra isn't a 1a comp :D. because it takes insane amounts of skill to 1a with such a durable army...and if the toss DOESNT ff, they die! but it's only because the zerg player is mad skilled

watch streams and learn counters to certain units

try the unranked option and enjoy the cheese

I used to play sc1 a lot / wc3 played sc2 it's way different I feel like a rookie but just watch some streams / do some non ranked play you'll catch it
