It typically depends on your macro, but assuming your macro is decent, it generally is somewhere around 12-15 minutes. If you keep an eye on the +exp floating text, when you start seeing it at 2/3, you should be looking to end the game soon. When it hits 1/3 of what it should be, that's when you know you're running behind (exp over time wise).
