as zerg i do most of my macro with savecams, so naturally i was thinking about savecamming my production sim similar to brood war, but i feel like it's not as efficient for terran as it is for zerg
also, what do you guys do in the early game with no overlord to tab back and forth between, as this is my main issue with making the switch.
I see pro's do it, but i not understand the logic from it, or the benefits from it, this savecams.
so you need a button to go to a map position
then you still need to select a building/unit (if you wana do that fast, you should hotkey them anywhy)
and finaly you give orders
thats 3buttons instead of 2buttons
overlord is stronk, Generate creep arround enemy base, locate tanks on hi-ground, outvision anti-air structers, can morf into oversees, can tank enemy fire, can even drop units.
sacrafice my first overlord to see random nap build tier 1 units? no way!
you make it sounds like a nice toy to tab back and forth between, to increase APM. As useless as selecting a random drone for it.
