APM does not factor into your ranking. The margin of your victory does not factor into your ranking. Your raw win/loss percentage does not factor into your ranking. To get a better feel for what factors into your MMR, read up on the Elo system, which is the chess ranking system. This will give you a stronger understanding of the Blizzard system, which IIRC is a modified Elo system.
