This is going to be a swiss style bracket. If you don't know what that is, wiki page here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Swiss_tournament

For a brief summary of what swiss tournament is;
There is a one giant group that plays.
Each entrant plays 5 or 6 bo3's within the group.
Players with the same record get matched against each other.
So if you win your first 3 sets, you would get matched vs another 3-0 player.
Wins are worth points, so losing 2-1 is much better than getting 2-0'd.
Once the group set is finished, the top 8 will be placed in a bracket for the upper division.
Places 9-16 or 24 will play in a consolation bracket, which will have a prize pool.

Pros of swiss style:
-Everyone gets to play games, no matter how good/bad they are.
-This leaves a properly seeded brackets for upper, and consolation players.

Cons:
-Takes more time, most likely be 2 days, saturday/sunday thing.

Which weekend would work the best for everyone?
Ofc we're gonna want a caster, preferably 2, and the biggest player base as possible, since we can run any amount of players at the same time nps.
I'm also gonna need some help with reporting scores and such during the tournament.
