You need to substain a 50% win ratio vs the league above you which is silver for you while maintaining 75% - 100% win ratio vs people in the same league as you.

You get promoted when your winrate is 50 / 50 versus people who have MMR that represents a league higher then yours

if you keep going 80 / 20 for longer you will face silver, then gold, then plat etc and if you maintain the 80 / 20 winratio you can go from bronze to masters

right now your winrate is 80 / 20 so you're not getting a promotion

thats how the system works
