Poor people, they should just work more so they don't become poor. Those dumb poor people.

Some do work hard to make a living, others are just dumb and/or lazy.

When I look at people with cancer, I'm like, "why don't you just take your medicine to get better?" Stupid sick people.

Majority of ppl try to live their life to fullest and try their best for treatment. I think you just like making excuses for people or are extremely pessimistic.

It's fine to tell them your opinion, it's their choice whether they decide to listen or not. You must have a very narrow view in life.

Not their fault that they were born in such a barren land. It is our fault that we don't help enough to help them out, which would cost a fraction of our income/spendings.
