Yea, one of my friend told me that Ned's sword plays a big role, and it's not explained that much in the tv show or something. Also, the tv show left out some characters, and I kind of want to see how they incorporate them in. Clive Russell looks pretty badass as the blackfish tully guy.

Is that the fight where Tyrion gets his face cut? Shit, the naval scene was fucking nice, but that land assault battle was horribad. I bet its better in the book.
ehh, his sword doesn't really play a big part, i mean, its probably emphasized more because of it being rare. Valyrian Steele swords are very rare and can play a very large role, but this sword hasn't played all that large of a role in the series.
And yea its where Tyrion gets cut. The battle was completely different, the wildfire wasn't put on a boat and sent out into th***, it was launched by catapults inside the walls at the boats. The boats were meant to go up this little river beside the castle and ferry across troops from the Vangaurd that had already been laying siege on the city for the past while. While going up the river they fought the Kings Navy, and then a large chain and mesh was pulled up at the mouth of the river trapping the boats in. At this point they started catapulting jars and barrels of wild fire and other stuff at them. Was a lot different in the book.
e// yeee brynden the blackfish :):)
e// also the imp didnt just get cut, he got his nose completely cut off leaving just a gash there in the novel.
e// oh and it was just as good watching it in HD on tv lol. The battle was bad ass. Very well done. Especially with the budget they have for a TV series.
