Yeah same here, if anyone is downloading, watching netflix, or even youtube Internet will bog down. I get Disconnected every 5 hours or so for like 10 minutes and it's really annoying.

The problem isn't the lag or the customer support, it's the modems they are provided with from.. bell?
Whatever company it is that they bought some internet service from - they have a contract to take faulty modems from and the worst part about it is the internet drops randomly for a minute or two.
But yeah, the unlimited bandwidth is retarded and I'm borderline ready to buy it.
