I think that for users who do not have the auto-quick reply option enabled there is a quick reply link and an add reply link.

Wait a second, I just switched to my laptop to my pc and everything is working normal..

I just enabled the Fast Replay to be defaulted open ( I never changed it and it always used to be there before ), but quote still not working. I don't care anymore, I just was wondering if it was a common issue or if other people had it.

This is not a common issue otherwise general help would be flooded by the concerns xD
If you can update Firefox to a more recent version, I would advise that. Odds are it's either a plugin issue or a compatibility issue with an older version.

o i fixed it
all I did was close all my tabs ( i had like 20 ) and restarted and it's fixed...w/e

ah yeah one of the addons for firefox borked. happens sometimes when you have 2000000 tabs.
