I'm not sure he's playing this season in code s, Gom already gave 2 foreign seeds to up and downs(Grubby and Huk), I don't think Stephano will get a direct seed to code S, but I could be wrong.

Gom give 2 code S seeds per season, so its not unlikely he will be given one based off previous results, not necessarily recent ones though. Gom loves foreign audience a lot too, and him playing will give a huge boost in numbers.

He's probably got the best chance of any foreigner to do well at the GSL, I'd expect him to ro16 at the very least.
