Banelings should lock units in place when they detonate so infestors can shoot grenade launcher-esque projectiles.

Terran:
Tanks can now move while seiged.
Thors now deal splash damage to ground units as well as air units.
Ghost snipe changed to deal 45 damage (25 to massive).
Medivacs now heal an area, rather than a single unit.
Fixed a bug where marines had a counter.

Zerg:
Fungal growth is no longer a projectile.


Now zerg is unstoppable.
