Hmmm, you are supposed to make reapers right? I heard somewhere that they are a pretty strong unit.

Legitimate question.
I'm going to try to come up with a new 1 base TvP all in. How late can this attack hit to still be effective? 7 minutes? 8?

Depends on what your composition is
If its pure barracks play it'll be shut down by the time protoss gets 3~4 sentries.
