I'm glad that you recognize that watching gold will help you more than watching GM at this point. Ignore the haters.
Just on a surface level, these are things that you should start practicing:
Pick one build order and learn it. I would advise a hatch first opening. Google is your friend in this regard.
Start using control groups for your buildings (hatcheries). This will make it easier for you to macro, 'cuz you can click one place and build a shitload of stuff.
Make 1-2 larva of zerglings every 10 or so supply and send them over to see what bases your opponent has taken. Even if you don't know what to do with this information, it's good to have practice scouting for later when you'll use that information.
If you have more than 1000 minerals, expand. If you have over 2000, expand until you're under 2000 or all the bases on the map are taken.
Whenever you're sitting there thinking you don't have anything to do, use your queens to inject larva. This should become an automatic response. Just every time you're lost/doing nothing, inject and build units.
Try to build enough workers so that you have around 70 of them spread out between 3 bases. Then build tons of units and attack. At this point, it doesn't make much difference what you build, so long as you build things. I would advise a combination of zerglings, roaches, and ultralisks (late game) because you can just send them to hit things and focus on your macro.
Thanks il try this tonight cause Its my Night off
