he's quitting to play league for legends.

lots of people do this, hit a skill cap and give up and say the game is boring then go to casual's world.

its a slippery slope
if you find out that you're terrible at league then you should probably just go and break all of your technology, because if you are bad at that game. your probably bad at using a cellphone

never hit a skill cap at all
the game is just retarded now, i dont even feel like the urge to play it at all
i just play league cuz im w/ derek n brian n kenny n shit, idc bout what game it is
