Also, how is win trading if you are not botting against the rules? Yes, its not necessarily fair, but win trading isn't illegal in terms of game rules.

Botting is yes, but joining games and leaving cannot be against the terms. In theory, no matter how much time is between when you join and leave a game, its the same thing. I agree its dishonest, but should not be a bannable offense.

yeah, but they could probably word it like : taking advantage of a game mechanic to obtain rewards you shouldnt have, etc etc.

Some in game stuff can be against the terms, terms do not only apply to bots, mods, hacks etc. Just like controlling the AH in wow to make a lot of gold is against the terms, even if you dont have any outside help.
