sc2 has hacks?

From what I know they are private, meaning only a select few have them and pay programmers to make and maintain them. They used to be as easy as typing sc2 hacks into google and you'd have 5-6 at your disposal (it was really bad in 2014). Blizzard has put a lot of effort into frequent patches which leaves hacks not working and legally going after the people who make them (valiant chaos is a prime example). They still exist (Cham & PracticeX to name a few) still have private hacks I believe.
