i'm at the one with alark vs malash and they stopped moving? some kind of bug?

Try killing stuff thats behind malash or putting guys right behind alark. Ideally do both.

Its a bug, relead the mission at a different time and it fixed for me.

I built those big ass cannon things and a million shield batteries, then afk'd

Why? The mission took me 14:36 on brutal you could easily just load a checkpoint and redo it.

Makes no sense... unless it's on casual maybe, idk lol.
Alark will get overun, you need to rally on him to push to victory...

Your cannon + shield story aint right for this mission.
