I dont think these would dramatically change anything...i think some elements of the race need to be totally reworked in order to stop the toss hate

I feel like the colossus nerf would make them unwieldy enough to require more thought in motion from Protoss and allow other races to more easily pick them off, essentially nerfing them without destroying them. Or maybe it would be too crippling...all the kiting between armies, when Protoss goes in and backs out and stuff? You're going to be losing those big guys the whole time
Nexus cannon would be big. ATM the duration really fucks over timing attacks because it not only provides a defender for the whole push duration but it also buys you time to get at least 1 more warpin. It should be something you have to save for the actual engage, not "oh look an army lemme cast this now and it'll be there for a minute and a half".
I don't think these would drastically change much, but I think it would be enough to weaken Protoss without absolutely crippling them.
I think that a total rework of the race would be the best option--should we attempt to look at the elements that we feel are the problem? What do you think the fundamental changes that need to be made are?
