basically harass and kite so you can regenerate shield + repeat while making more probes at your spawn, and you'll have more probes because they'll spawn right out of the nexus in your base.
Since he has to make SCV's at his base, the amount of the travel time across the map will allow you to overpower him and kill his SCVs which will impact his economy a lot, or either when he withdraws you can just pull your probes back to the base, either way if his SCV rush fails you'll have a economic advantage.
However it doesn't seem like his SCV rush is failing...considering its the 3rd time he raped you and you haven't really devised a strategy to overcome it..(aka not learning from mistakes)
