and can it work with replays or u play it live?

A twitch.tv account is free, you need to stream it up to twitch though. You can make local recordings and upload those, but I have had some issues with local recording files and sound, so I'd advise just to do a standard stream, set your x-split or OBS client to automatically upload your stream to twitch, then just transfer it over from there.

Alternatively you could use a program like fraps to make a local recording and upload it from there.
