but hten again skills better than ladder come from practice partners
and u get good practice partners from joining teams
u join teams from being messaged by managers

u get messaged by managers from being good, so you will never get good unless if you start off good, its impossible

not true at all.

I got messaged by a team a year ago when I was mid masters, the average skill level was mid masters back then

due to time problems i had to leave the team (about 2 months after I joined), but now they are highmasters and even have 2 GMs

you just gotta always be friendly, play as good as you can and accept constructive criticism
