I don't understand blizzards logic on this one.

you do realize that it's not your ranking but your mmr what counts?

You should send blizz the replays and a link to his profile. This is a serious problem with the matchmaking system.

his mrr shoudn't be that high.

blizz logic is that if you win you will gain a lot of points and if you lose you only lose very little points. all based on mmr, the other guy had similar mmr to you so he shouldn't be much better ot worse than you.
