seems like a buff on paper, more of a normalization in play though

think of it in terms of being able to dodge a missle; you'd rather have higher range to move away, right?

also EMP is 30 speed and can be dodged, so it's not the end of the world here.

The initial change they made to the fungal was stupid.
Keep the fungal range 9, instant land but make units be able to move and shit

terran has been dominating hots so this makes sense
