It was a lot of fun sniping banelings, marines, and workers in one shot. Doing so was not overpowered, it was not imbalanced. However when one ability counters the entire zerg Hive tech tree, it needed to be fixed.
I'm not sure if it's obvious to blizzard, but Ultralisks and Broodlords are both massive units, all that needed to be done was to change the damage of snipe against massive units to 25. There was absolutely no reason to nerf snipe againts marines, banelings, zealots, mutalisks and workers.
Thus my first suggestion is to change snipe back to 45 damage, with 25 done to massive units and possibly still 50 damage to psionic.
Secondly, if you have been keeping up on recent Tvz you'll know that zerg has been making some extremely strong come backs with burrowed infestors engaging a sieged location. Note Game 2 of Ryung Vs Scarlett on Daybreak during IPL5. Ryung may have deserved losing almost his whole army when he was not watching it, but could he have even seen the infestors were he watching?
My second suggestion is that you make the visibility of infestors so that they are similar to any other cloaked unit. A relatively subtle nerf such as this would be preferable to hard-stat nerf to most zerg players, and it would reward any terran players who are responsible about keeping an eye over their army.
Tl;dr - Snipe damage to 45, (25 to massive). Make burrowed infestors as easy to see as any other cloaked unit.
