is there any kind of specific training, or style of gameplaying that can help me to increase my apm, and have a faster control of things?

at thge start of the game i set my command center to 1 and my workers to 2

then I spam 121212121212121212121212121212121212 until my opponents first unit arives and I leave the game

I have achieved 780 average APM according to SC2Gears

Try controlling more things at once rather than less things faster. Then work on controlling those more things faster.

Yeah, try to play styles that force you to have your attention in multiple places. You're Protoss, right? So like warp prism drops, blink stalker builds, zealot runbys, DT harass...things that will make you focus on your main army + your bases + your harass will improve your APM because you'll have to do more things.
At first you'll feel slow and awkward but as you practice you'll get faster and smoother...then when you go back to the standard a-move to victory that Protoss uniquely enjoys, you'll be playing at the same APM you did when you were multi-tasking, but you won't have anything to do so you'll have all these extra actions that you can do new stuff in.

Using hotkeys helps a lot.


I dunno if you play protoss or w/e.

Yes, actually using hotkeys (although not required to play the Protoss race), should help your APM.

Yep, sometimes protoss doesn't even need to use a keyboard to win.. so...


It's hard to tell exactly what APM you should be aiming for.
