well, you don't make mutas for direct engagement. I think Sase handled that poorly, he should have warped in more cannons and templars in main and moved out earlier before bly had time to take 5 bases with 44 static spines. Insteadm for some reason he refused to warp in templars in main and tried to deal with muta with pure blink stalkers.
