When I went to the link "pre-purchase hots" on the bnet website, there was a box that says:

You already have Heart of the Swarm™ in North America.
You don’t need to upgrade any other Wings of Liberty® accounts, because Heart of the Swarm™ will be eligible for Global Play (you will be able to play it in any game region). I don't have heart of the swarm in north america! Not the beta or anything! Am I missing something? I've been waiting forever to get my hots beta.. I've never gotten an email or anything... wth!

If I buy HotS online do I get beta access?

according to Amazon you will get your beta within 4 days of the purhase.

Glitch, there was an error that said people had received Beta keys. That is probably what it is. I saw it on Reddit/B.net forums.

I've never played HotS and have never had a notification for having hots.....

It doesn't even give me the option to buy the regular digital edition, only the special edition. What is this mang!

Dunno. Might increase your chances. Blizzard does want more people involved in the beta so the statistics are more reliable.

This is so confusing to me. Do any of you guys have the option to pre-purchase the regular HotS? Not just the digital deluxe copy? Look at my screenshot.. I've never had any sort of contact with HotS and they're telling me I already have it. Is that the glitch? If so, I don't even have HotS in my Starcraft II games category like other people. .....
