Depends on what league.

protoss easiest to diamond, after that probably equal.

Protoss is the easiest

Zerg comes 2nd being almost just as easy to play...except zerg's units are less strong but zerg units requires much less micro than the 2 other races

They all have an advantage vs a certain race and a disadvantage vs the other one in my opinion. So what it must come down to is which mirror match up is hardest to play and I'd say with how fragile the swarm is ZvZ is probably the hardest mirror match up

So I vote Zerg

I guess i read that wrong, The hardest to play is Zerg the Easiest would be Protoss

Id say zerg/terran is easiest to play

I built my mechanics around this game while playing Terran so I voted Terran.
