not really... and if anyone did I doubt it would be at that ratio.
here is why
buy tons of gold for cheap
buy in game items worth alot of AD
in turn sell the AD for tons of FG
rinse and repeat

AD is astral diamonds. Basically one of the main currencies if not the main one in the game.
Basically you could potentially buy tons of gold here and flip that in game for a HUGE profit.
