If you wants use mediator that's fine, but I am only paying 1 fee, you would have to pay the mediators that they would lose giving it to you from me on the AH.

If you use a mediator, then the buyer would send them the FG, then the buyer would get the AD, then the mediator would give you the FG...no need for double AH cut.
