You have to actually send the Zen to your account. Since Zen is used for all theri games you need to say "I want it for Neverwinter" or else they might giv eit to your STO toon or something, even if you don't play those games. Haven't done it in ages but if you go back to the page that you purchased it from it probably has some sort of Zen Balance or Withdraw button or something.
