is there a faster way to level i have been doing quests and taking me days and days lol

You can do forge and pvp, but its not really faster.

There is a slightly glitched way to level by bypassing forge limits but its not exactly easy as you need several characters to do it, I haven't even seen anyone offering it as a service. Id assume because its too much of a hassle.
