Looking to pay around 300 FG, before you freak out, see my calcs below.

Heros are currently going for around 320,000 AD on the AH
With the exchange rate for AD to Zen at 330 AD per Zen, that's around 970 Zen
1000 zen cost $10 USD.
$10 USD on JSP will buy you 290 FG
Therefore 320,000 AD should be equal to 290 FG given the current USD exchange rates for Zen and FG

I'm going to throw this out there, because I've been considering what I should do with these guys anyways.

I have:

1x Hero
6x Adventurer
19x Man-at-Arms

Upgrading these workers would leave me with...

3x Hero
2x Adventurer
3x Man-at-Arms

Alas, I am unable to upgrade my workers (due to being too low level Leadership). Would you be willing to work anything out considering this, or are your intentions to flip the Heros on the AH?

I intend to use the heros for my own Leadership to make AD(my gf is a bit obsessed with mounts)
I'll buy those workers off you if that works for you, or were you looking for me to do the conversions for you?

Hey, I hear ya about the mount obsession thing. Anyways, I would be willing to trade all of the workers to you, if you are willing to do the conversions yourself. I cannot, unless I gain more Leadership levels. If you don't want to take the 18 hours per upgrade it would take, I 100% understand. Just let me know what you think about it. No hard feelings if we can't work it out.

the exchange rate to zen means absolutely nothing. you can sell 1M ad for 2200FG
A hero is therefore worth 704FG
the opportunity cost of selling a hero for only 300fg is roughly a loss of 404fg

the exchange from zen to ad means alot since both have a direct purchase rate for USD.
