Does Neverwinter have much to do at endgame?

no, atm you can finish the endgame pretty fast

Depends what you are comparing the game too. For a game that was just released a month ago? It has a pretty decent amount of end game content, and they will probably be releasing their first module which will add a new area with new pvp and a new class and such.

Castle Never

Gauntlgrym supposedly next content patch but doesn't exist now. For those of us who have cleared CN repeatedly, there isn't much to do except farm glory/ad/gold/items to sell on AH
