so how do you manage this? I ran a scenario I believe the other night. basically we all just stood in 1 area and monsters charged at us from different directions.
the group didnt need a ton of heals but that is what I wanted to do so I was trying things out. the aoe heal works great! just single target healing is next to impossible..
any tips/hints to help me out?

The single target HoT spell when Divinity is on makes the spell a bit more useful but other than that, yeah single target isn't that great (only level 25 though).

Best thing I did to help my healing (no sarcasm intended) is to turn on friendly nameplates. The enemy nameplates massing my screen in the skirmishes and dungeons really was overwhelming.
