get a programm like autoit and make it yourself. isnt hard. You only need to move a bit every x min. Or do you want something, which allows you to tab out?

iam a dumbass in scripting and I don't know how autoit works no I want to watch tv and leech xp in bg

I could probably cobble together something in AutoIt in a couple minutes. I have an invocation script that just logs on once an hour, prays, logs out.
I made a new site a couple days ago, I'll throw this anti-idle thing up there tonight www.breadwolf.com. I'm in the process of cleaning up and uploading other similar scripts I've had from before.
