The minor grand slavemaster's ring of control is better ( 142 crit / power/ recover ) and costs 100k
This one is about 30k I think

its like with pvp blue ofensive socket mass recovery belts not too many on ah and i already sold many to ppl who have a clue for keys without ah cut.
