Like, if I buy 500k AD, aren't I really only getting 440k since the house cut is 12%?

i think its 10%. if its showing 12% i think its a bug but you still get deducted for 10% at least thats how it works in my case. shows 12% but if i sold 1mil i get 900k Exactly, 100k tax reduction = 10%.

The AH takes 2% of your starting bid as a posting fee. If you have the same bid as buyout then the true cut is 12%.
