was withdrawn from my bank account. anyone else have problems with this?

so i bought zen. from PWI. they sent me a comfirmation email saying that the purchase went through. the money has been taking out from my bank account by them. yet i still have no zen.

Go to astral diamond echange ( 3rd option at top menu ) and withdraw it

Did you transfer the zen from your wallet to the game?


Go to your account on Perfectworld . com and hit "go to my wallet"
you will see where it says "transfer my zen" an some drop down boxes
select neverwinter / neverwinter / zen amount
hit transfer

there is 0 zen in my wallet? /e the process is "reviewing" but either way the money should not of been withdrawn from my account. and shouldn't of got a comfirmation email saying it went through if its reviewing.

Do you have a transaction pending at all?

Sometimes it takes a short amount of time to process, but it should tell you this at your zen wallet.

bought zen the other day was like 3 min wait. but its still illegal to withdraw the money from my account until ive received my product.

No its not, money is taken from accounts all the time during processing.
Its not "taken" its being withheld until approval.

Don't know which planet you are from, but on earth we pay BEFORE we get our product
