I just saw a cleric with a chest pieces that had a "spider-like" back. It wasl ike 8 spider legs coming off the back of the character, wtf is this?

Its a Cleric Tier 2 Chestpiece, it is not a Set piece, and it drops from the last boss from the epic dungeon Temple of the spider.

Theres a Maw mouth armor from the 2nd boss of spellplague for GF.
