What is the best companion and mount in your opinion?
Companion is weighed 100% in the utility it would bring to my (Trickster Rogue)...
Mount is weighed 100% on being awesome and rare...

For right now I can't comment on the best companion, I just sue a phoera cause she's badass, but that's not min / maxing to help out TR's, but it's what I use for now.

As for the mount you ideall awnt a rank 3 one. I'm getting the ad atm to get the heavy howler, but they're all equally good. If i didn't get that one i'd get the heavy worg.

Nice, the howler is SWEET. I currently have the Armored Spider. Thinking of getting the howler maybe. Can anyone comment on the companions? I am really trying to min/max

i believe cat is best for most classes.

How do you get the spider?, is it from 200 dollar pack?

Spider mount is from the $200 pack.

Cat or ioun are best companions. The three items you give them are like you are wearing them. You get 100% of those pets' stats.
