I dont understand this concept?

Is there a video or could somebody show me how to do it?

Ive been doing a foundry quest that spawns 50 ogres and you push them off a platform so they fall to death for an instant level up lol, to bad they removed it, got from 5 to 54 in a few hours lol ( xp gets locked for few hours after x XP earned )

Is it possible to make these maps and power level?

you get in trouble for it
going to have to slowly grind foundry normal way or quest

They have been apparently banning people for creating and abusing these maps so I'd try at your own risk.

Can you find one that somebody has made and use it?

You only get in trouble for the distribution of the maps. There is nothing to stop from creating your own PL map, and using it for yourself without distribution. It is still "a little risky" but with zero exposure, it is incredibly unlikely.

Just quest its more fun then exploiting features.

i play it for the end game.
