how often can we do foundry? i found one with very good exp for low levels like me, but I can't seem to find it on the foundry list after finishing it. Anyone know when the quest will show back up?

Most good EXP ones get closed, few people in my guild did 1-60 in 40 mins and I was doing one and got 7 levels before it got taken down. Just gotta keep looking for XP ones.
