Threat is the enemy aggro system. Say you attack an enemy with auto. You generate 10 threat. Tank attacks and generates 20 threat. The enemy would focus the tank. Now if you go above the tank's threat the enemy focuses you.
Any damage or healing generates threat. More damage/healing = more threat. Tanks have abilities that generate much more threat than you to try to compensate for their lack of damage to keep enemies off of you.
I guess 6% is pretty minimal then and I mostly solo, I'll go the for action point on combat advantage hit instead, ty for info.
