I bought a horse for 3k zen 5k zen worth of AD, 20 enchanted keys. The only thing that I have left is the fg I made off of the AD. I would pay for the currency just that labeling it as free to play is wrong and being able to ban you for nothing at all.

You must be delusional. Labeling it as free to play is accurate because you do not have to spend a single penny to play the game. You CHOOSE to spend $.

Company is bad labeling a game free to play if they wanted to make a game at least put on the store shelves for $59.99, then I would have some decency to pay for the currency and not worry about my account being banned.

There is no reason to ban my account for typing "goldah" instantly.

Don't troll man you get banned because you charged back your money which is normal, you get back whats yours they get back whats theirs.

I havent charged back anything I opened up a dispute and closed it, they banned me for typing goldah in chat that's why I opened up a dispute. Now I can't even access the support ticket on the site, And I am done with this game also Black Light Retribution.
They also said I was banned for opening a dispute which I closed for that I am done with the game.

Hello? My friend was asking me about where to find AD on Neverwinter and I typed in goldah and I got banned instantly. Sorry for typing that but is it a reason to ban my account I spent over $500 in the zen market and now I have no interest in playing the game. Paypal refund please.

I have 3 account that I am currently playing never winter on right now.
2 account I have spent absolutely no money on at all
while on the other hand I want to see the game progress with up to date patches and the amazing support I have had for the past 8 days.
Main account is of course the hero founder package.

So it is in all aspects a free to play game.
