I am willing to bet money that nobody who bitches about the bugs EVER played WoW week 1 of release. The game was HORRIBLE. Totally 500% broken as fuck. And this is a game people paid money for AND paid a subscription for. THe first, oh maybe 2 months?, the game was down 50% of the time. It took them a LONG time to figure their shit out. People need to calm their tits and be patient
And YES, THIS IS BETA. Before this open "beta" they had a closed "beta" for 5 weekends (totaling 15 days) and this was closed. This is not nearly enough time to iron out all the kinks. Believe it or not, this is "beta". Like it or not, this is "beta". Say what you want, this is "beta". You cant get mad because a company is making a bit of money. WarZ did something very similiar to this except you had to buy the beta @ 20, 30, 50$ increments AND it was still shit AND they had a cash shop too. This is the state of games these days. Live with it.
This argument really isn't valid any more.
If they released neverwinter a decade ago like WoW then sure, I would understand all the issues.
Why were there issues? The hardware and methods were new. And over the next decade people learned, tech/software improved and games started releasing in a much better fashion.
Dumb argument unless you can take this game back a decade. You cant release a pile of shit and say, "well a decade ago people did this so..."
The game isn't in beta. And even if it were still in 'open beta' it makes NO DIFFERENCE. The beta excuse harks from a time when they WIPED THE SERVERS post beta. If there are no wipes then all bugs affect release. So it doesnt fucking matter if its beta or not. If the economy is ruined in the beta, then it is ruined in 'release'.
Nobody liked the warz, why are you even mentioning a shady game made by the creator of the worst game of all time (big rigs over the road racing).
I'm genuinely suprised you didnt just throw in "well at least this game isnt hitler".
