hey all im just got 60 on tr first char, on mindflay server

wats good to do to gear up and maybe get diamond, any info appreciated ty

Congratulations on hitting level 60. Let me think.. my best advice for gearing up is slowly meeting each of the break points for the Epic Dungeons. The first is Epic Cloak Tower. Only do these during delves is my advice(this will guarantee you some loot). You can get your Epic(purple) bracer from there I believe and//or sell some loot and it's fairly easy to purchase really cheap blues//greens to supplement your gearscore to get into Epic Cloaktower. Also, if its small amounts of gearscore that you need, put in a few rank 4-5 enchants in your gear. If you are a rogue, the dark enchantment(arm pen) or the azure enchantments(crit) probably will help the most as I believe your weapons//gear general packs a decent amount of power to begin with. For defense enchantments, I hear stacking flat HP// armor is best because even if you have a ton of lifesteal.. if you get one shot.. it doesn't matter. After cloak tower, the next T1s that you want to aim for in order of ease is.. Throne of Idris//Cragmire Crypts. After that, you can farm these until you have high enough to do others. I hear they nerfed Grey Wolf Den .. so that might be a possibility. Either way, remember to invoke to get some free Astrals..(also use your coins to buy those coffers everytime you hit 7) If you magically get a coalescent ward from the chest.. you can easily make 110k astrals off of that alone(on dragon server at least). and sell as much of the stuff you won't use in dungeons to farm up some Astrals ASAP. Once you get to tier 2 Epic dungeons.. I think I started with Karandax because it was mad easy...

Best way to gear is definitely get full pvp gear first, (just buy it, it's really cheap) After you get that stack your enchants and off-set pieces so that you can get 8.3k gearscore or higher to run T2 Dungeons, T1 are not worth running. Best of luck! lmk if you need help with build

i enjoy blitzing wats best encounters then ? and best passive idk im just turbo to 60 now idk wat is good

It depends on your play style, but, for pvp the 'best' encounter set-ups that I have used would be;
Dazing strike - lashing blade - deft strike
Smoke bomb - lashing blade - shadow strike
smoke bomb - lashing blade - deft strike
smoke bomb - lashing blade - impact shot

Lashing blade is a must, my favorite set-up out of those is definitely the top one, as for your dailies you should always have socking execution on 1 and whirlwind of blades on 2.

As for your at-will powers there's no question about what to use, always use sly flourish on 1 and cloud of steel on 2
