Rank 9s for sure, rank 10s maybe but most that could afford it are likely banned because they likely were duping before it was known.

I knew a guy with rank 9s and a perfect vorpal and perfect negation that got banned. He was rich as fuck from duping before it was known.

i saw a tr and ask his gs it goes for 14k+ with a rank 9 enchantments

It's easy to hit 15k stat points with your cat. Your cat doesn't apply to your "gearscore" but your gearscore without a pet is just equal to all of your stat points combined (the number of stats on your gear).

not at all true, I have a allure which is the same thing if not better and with rank 7's, plus full t2, ancients, rank 6's and only at like 12k TR
