As i am pretty busy i am looking to get this done.

Full Void, and BP etc.
45 defence
44 prayer (getting 52)
75 range.

I am looking for someone trusted. i also will not be letting just anyone on this account and you will have 0 bank access and may have to put up collateral if it comes to it. dont like it? move along.

When I did this on my zerker with 75 range it took 75 mins. You have a lot of faith in rng?
